    Validity Period

    Hours can be used within 6 months upon the date of activation, after which they will expire.

    How to Purchase:

      1. Click on “Requests” on the left sidebar to create a new ticket.
      2. Click on “New request” and create a ticket with “Time block purchase” as the subject.
      3. Write down how many hours you’d like to buy in the body section.
      4. Click “Submit”.

    That’s it! Once I’ve received your request, I will create a timeblock purchase invoice for you, and you can make the payment within 7 days.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Purchased hours are valid within 6 months upon the date of activation.

    • You may use your hours across a variety of projects, e.g. basic logo tracing, marketing collateral design, business card design, brochure design, website updates, website maintenance, technical help, and many more!

    • Purchased hours are not valid for full-scale design projects such as visual branding, website revamp, or website design and development.

    • Purchased hours are non-refundable;

    • Hours that have expired are not refundable.
